SERVICES

Grout Staining

Grout staining can change a color of existing sanded grout lines. A deep clean is done to prepare grout to accept a new stain color of choice. The stain used will protect and seal grout joints.
Flattening

Flattening is a grinding process used to eliminate lippage caused by an uneven installation.
Resurfacing

Resurfacing occurs in stages similar to sanding a surface. Our process uses water and diamond embedded resin discs to resurface nature stone material while removing etching, scratches, and man-made blemishes.
Filling

The filling process uses polyester resin, unsanded grout, or traverfill to closely match existing stone. The resin fills voids, holes, fractures, or cracks in the stone's surface creating a flush, uniform surface.
Stripping

Generally, stripping means to remove topical finishes such as polymers, acrylics, polyurethanes, or wax finishes. Removing these topical finishes allows us to work on the underlying material in its natural state.
Cleaning

Cleaning removes existing dirt, grease, and grime through a scrubbing process. All stone surfaces undergo this cleaning method during restoration.
Sealing

A surface can either be sealed with a penetrating sealer giving a more natural appearance or with a topical sealer giving a matted or high-gloss shine. The sealing process will prevent water and oils from penetrating the material.
Polishing

Once a stone's surface has undergone the proper grinding process, a polished finish is achieved through machinery in conjunction with a polishing agent. Polishing gives a stone's surface a glossy, clear, reflective shine.
Honing

After the stone's surface has been resurfaced, a honing agent is used in conjunction with machinery to attain a honed appearance. A honed finish creates a frosted, silky, or satin finish to a stone's surface.
Waxing

Waxing a surface involves applying a polymer or acrylic topical sealer or wax. Waxing forms a coating over the surface to protect against dirt, water, or oils and will require maintenance.
Countertop Seam
& Chip Repair

Seams and chips can be repaired through a color matched acrylic or polyester resin process to closely match surrounding surfaces.
Cleaning

Through special machinery, solid surface countertops can be refinished to a honed or polished appearance. Refinishing restores the natural beauty of solid surface countertops.
Caulking

Caulk where surface meets the backsplash tends to deplete over time. A part of our service is removing & replacing caulk as needed.
